At AC's we are "foodies" and we love to prepare new dishes and expand our culinary expertise. We rotate 10%-20% of our regular menu every two weeks to keep things fresh, exciting, and to take advantage of local and seasonal ingredients. As Chefs, we get tired of preparing the same dishes over and over so this gives us an opportunity to play in the kitchen and expose our guests to new dishes on a regular basis.
