AC’s Steakhouse Pub was born from a simple idea — bring great food and genuine hospitality to the town we call home. As locals ourselves, we wanted a place where people could gather, eat well, and feel like family.

With decades of experience in the food and beverage industry, Aaron Hahn brought not only a passion for flavor but a commitment to excellence. After years of working alongside Cindy Borkowski in senior leadership roles within the casino industry, the two decided to take a leap and create something of their own — a warm, welcoming spot where made-from-scratch meals and exceptional service take center stage.
